What to expect

Your first session

Fifty minutes, in the office or by video. Here is what happens before, during and after.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Before

You write or call and we suggest who to start with. A few days before, we send your fee in writing, a short list of what to ask your plan, and a link to our intake forms on our own portal.

  2. 02

    Step 2: In the session

You and your clinician talk about how you are sleeping, how the pregnancy or the baby is going, and who helps you at home. You can bring your baby. You do not have to bring anything else, and you can say as much or as little as you like.

  3. 03

    Step 3: After

Your clinician says what they heard and what could help, and you decide whether to meet again. If you want to, we set the next time before you leave or by message.
